Cancellations

Cheap Outdoor Cushion accepts cancellations and order revisions up to one (1) business day from placing the order. Please telephone or email to inquire about cancellations or revisions:

Customers will have Thirty (30) days to submit their template(s) or COM (customer own material) for these types of orders. If a customer does not respond to our contact attempts within these 30 days, Cheap Outdoor Cushion has the right to cancel the order.

Address Corrections

If we incur additional shipping costs and fees due to customer address entry error, the customer will be charged for the additional costs.
